Dear Students, At Divine Life Yoga you can stretch, strengthen, relax your body -- and quiet your mind. Learn about yourself as you explore the yoga postures and experience the calming effects of the breathing practices. Classes take place in an environment of serenity, harmony, and relaxation, and conclude with fifteen minutes of seated, peaceful quiet time. I have been teaching hatha yoga for over 28 years, and pre-natal yoga for 16 years. Classes are limited to eleven students. In this small class enviroment, I am able to work with each student's individual physical and experiential needs. Students are supported and encouraged to create a yoga practice they can do at home. An eleven week Winter session began on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. It is not too late to join us for this Winter session. It would be possible to drop-in to sample a class before registering. Do call or email to let me know you wish to do this. Winter draws us inward to the warmth of home, family and friends.
