Fall Classes
Our twelve week Fall session of yoga classes will end on Thursday, December 18, 2014. There are spaces available in most classes. You can drop in to try a class. The drop-in rate is $28.00 per class and would be credited toward the session should you join us. For the remaining of the session, there are no classes on Wednesday, November 26 through Saturday, November 29, 2014.

Winter Classes
Our twelve week Winter session of yoga classes will begin on Saturday, January 3, 2015. Registration for the Winter session is now open. There no missed classes due to holidays even though Monday, January 19 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Monday, February 16 is President's Day. The session ends on Thursday, March 26, 2015 unless we need to make up classes due to snow.

General Information
Class size is limited to eleven. Register early to reserve a space. Enclose payment with the registration form that you will find under Registration Form. If your chosen class is full and an alternate one is not convenient, your payment will be returned.

Unless you hear from me, a space is reserved in the class for which you registered. Checks will be held until classes begin; so as a newcomer, if you are not comfortable at the first lesson, your check will be returned. When you request a refund after the first class, a $30.00 administrative fee will be deducted from your payment, less $25.00 per class as of the date of the request. Financial terms can be arranged.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. All necessary equipment is provided during class. You only need to bring yourself. The Studio Store has equipment for students to purchase for their home practice.

Classes Less Than The Total Session
If you wish to pre-pay for less than the total number of weeks in the session, it is $25.00 per class. Please call ahead or email, to let me know you wish to do this. Preference will be given to those who register for the complete session.

Drop-in Fee and Private Sessions
If you wish to try one class or attend on a class-by-class basis, the drop-in fee is $28.00 per class; however, preference will be given to students who register for the entire session. Private classes can be arranged at the Studio for $80.00 per hour. Please contact me for details.

Inclement Weather
In the event of snow or ice, I will call or email to let you know that class has been cancelled. If you do not hear from me, classes will be held as scheduled.

Beginning / Continuing Classes
Students with either no previous yoga experience or some knowledge of yoga will find these classes suitable. Postures and breathing practices are reviewed and refined.

Continuing Classes
This level is for students who are ready to move ahead in the knowledge of their bodies, the yoga postures, and breathing techniques. Postures are reviewed and refined. Students are encouraged to build a home yoga practice.

Continuing / Intermediate Classes
These classes are geared towards students who practice regularly and have knowledge of their body dynamics, the yoga postures, and breathing techniques. Postures are refined as we work on strength and flexibility.

Meditation
Fifteen minutes has been added to the end of class time. We sit together quietly. During this time, one learns to quiet the mind and cultivate the ability to focus on what's happening in the present moment. People who meditate regularly often find that they are calmer than they were before and better able to focus throughout the day. There are less distractions or stresses about what has happened in the past or what will happen in the future.
