Dear Students, At Divine Life Yoga you can stretch, strengthen, relax your body -- and quiet your mind. Learn about yourself as you explore the yoga postures and experience the calming effects of the breathing practices. Classes take place in an environment of serenity, harmony, and relaxation, and concludes with fifteen minutes of seated, peaceful quiet time. I have been teaching hatha yoga for over 27 years, and pre-natal yoga for 15 years. Classes are limited to eleven students. In this small class enviroment, I am able to work with each student's individual physical and experiential needs. Students are supported and encouraged to create a yoga practice they can do at home. July 10, 2010 begins an eight week Summer session. If you wish to drop-in on a class before registering, please call or email to see if the class has a space. In the summertime we slow down. We spend more time out-of-doors and with family and friends. During this time, allow the study and practice of yoga to quiet you as you go within, renewing and revitalizing body, mind and spirit.
