Dear Students, At Divine Life Yoga you can stretch, strengthen, relax your body -- and quiet your mind. Learn about yourself as you explore the yoga postures and experience the calming effects of the breathing practices. Classes take place in an environment of serenity, harmony, and relaxation, concluding with fifteen minutes of seated, peaceful quiet time. I have over 25 years of experience in teaching hatha yoga, 13 years of teaching pre-natal yoga and working with each student's individual physical and experiential needs. Students are also supported and encouraged to create a yoga practice they can do at home. An eight week Summer session begins on July 7, 2008. If you wish to drop-in on a class, email or call to see if a space is available. In the summertime we slow down. We spend more time out-of-doors and with family and friends. During this time, allow the study and practice of yoga to quiet you as you go within, renewing and revitalizing body, mind and spirit.
